Dear users

Due to the vast number of free-trial users on our new VIP service, the servers were becoming overloaded and unresponsive, therefore, not providing quality service for neither our free, nor our paid users. We have found it necessary to put a limit on free users until the kinks and bugs are worked out of the system, and we can provide a positive experience for all users. You will need 40,000 points to activate the free trial.

We hope to lower the limit required to qualify for free-trial in the near future, but not until we can fully handle the number of users that will be using it. Please be patient and check back if you would like to try the service for free and hopefully we will be able to accommodate you soon.

Edit: despite the message above, it seems members cannot control their urge to click on something and we're getting multiple reports that this topic needs staff attention. Since our volunteer staff doesn't have time to deal with false emergencies, we've had no choice but to issues warnings to members who abuse this function.
