i get my 100GB plan

i start download 27GB but the speed was unbelievable just 24K the speed of the download

my download speed is 16MB

hope can find fix for my problem

Hi, check the status of your vip session, it's possible that the connection to the server is "queued" if the servers are running at full capacity. If the problem persists you can contact "queeniequ" or request a refund through paypal.

tried VIP many times and it does not work tried it day, night, and evening Also since VIP started regular download speeds have slowed I have been with bitcomet for many years never so disappointed
