In the File menu, it is written CTRL+M as a shortcut to create a torrent.
This doesn't work.
I'm using an AZERTY keyboard and French BitComet 0.70 if that matters.

Using different language keyboards and programs sometimes effects the operation of keyboard short cuts.
I however cannot and do not speak for the developers of bit comet, just sharing some info about this.
I have also had friends that have run into simular problems with windows versions in languages other then english.

No, it doesn't work for me.
I just tested this using winxp pro sp1a and bit comet .70 (both english)

It's ok, I can think one thing, and type another, and even read what I MEANT to type, not what I did type... hehehe...
I also can't spell very well, but have learned to embrace that I am poor at spelling, it's just who I am...
