Is there any way to convert torrent under udp tracker to http tracker ??

I have paid for 100GB bandwidth subscription to download torrents, however the speed is so slow and it does not work at all, the normal download speed is less than 5kb per second...crazy to download a 1.35gb movie by days. How to ensure the VIP acceleration works ? i have tried and tried....after paying for 100GB subscription but have not received any result from the download speed. Please help
