So for my case here, the slow download speed is not my laptop or internet problem but because there is too much peer compare to seeds? Because i am consider layperson in IT, can you help to calculate my max download and upload speed if ignore the seeds and peers things?Thank you in advance. By the way where can i found the guide that u had mentioned?

I m sorry for that, since i search internet found that it is a way to increase my download speed. So i reduce my upload speed lo. However, since i change i to unlimited, it still have very low download speed. u got any idea?

Before that i also use the same settings of upload and download speed limits but it didnt affect my download speed. This problem occurred after i formatted my laptop. Do u know what problem on it???

I just settled on the static IP and Portforward in my router. My download speed improve from 30kb/s to 150kb/s. However, it still didnt achieve my normal download speed which is 1500kb/s before i formatted my laptop. i am sure it has enough seed for these torrents, pls help or share your experience on how to handle this problem even it is not bitcomet. If need any information, pls let me know i will post here. PLS HELP!!!!
