I cant go to cassie's link, and the wiki link that i can go to cant solve my problem, the ip address in the peer guardian list is different, also i lose internet connection as soon as i open up bitcomet

Why does my peerblock blocking all these different connections when I open my bitcomet? I have no task enabled, deleted all my tasks. I dont understand, please help!
