I need to do a fresh install of Bitcomet. What I need to do? I tried to uninstall and delete the files in programes files but it's not enough. Thanks.

My HD got defect and when I try to delete torrents so I can download the same torrent again on another disk, Bitcomet jam and I can't even close it with task manager.
