Have same issue, main storage is ssd, HDD (seagate 7200.14) for torrent. I have setup minimum cache is 32, max - 512. Then i enable in Services - BitComet Disk Boost Service. And now all is OK! GUI is responsive! THANKS A LOT!!! :)
