Thanks Dark Shroud! Although you pointed in the right direction, I needed detailed instructions for "making a couple of rules". Fortunately, tech support for Sunbelt Kerio responded to my pleas for help, and provided very good detailed instructions for allowing BitComet access in and out. I would like to post those instructions here if you or someone could provide me with instructions for doing same :)

Just installed Sunbelts Kerio Personal firewall, but after many readings in their complicated Help sections, still can't figure out how to allow BitComet through. Please help!

Thanks! I will upgrade to one of those versions. Just needed a little coxing, as I have been having a blast with the .61 and always have been afraid of change:)

I can do that (stop and start again downloads) with version 6.1. I have been unable to find a reason to change from 6.1-- getting good download speeds; and no issues after almost a year of use, except being bothered by the prompts to change to version 7.0 all the time.
