I have version 0.70 and I was wondering what the difference was between UDP and the one I have. PS: I first saw the UDP thing on my download, I was connected to one peer with BitComet UDP as their client

This is a really nice feature, it allows you to detatch a progress bar from the main window for any of your torrents and you can drag around the small bars while the main app is in system tray. Many other BitTorrent clients have already put this to use and it is wonderful. Some of the programs that use it are BitSpirit and Azureus. I think that with the already wonderful application, this feature could set it above others. OK, but I stopped the seeding and re-opened the .torrent file again, but the % still goes down. it is at about 3.5% now...

others will probobly see 75% OR 75% of 65mb

I am seeding a file because i really liked it, but what am I supposed to do, just wait until the % goes down to zero? (its at 96% right now, it came down from 100%) Thanks!

But i shut down windows firewall and all other firewalls/antiviruses and still i recieve no connection

Actually, GetRight Download Manager just released a new version which lets it download and accelerate regular files along with torrent files, but if you used that, you wouldnt be using BitComet at all :(

but the problem is i had nothing else running, i shut down etrust, WinLive, ALL other open apps, and something is still blocking it... should i just try and reinstall it?

I use ETrust and windows firewall but i shut off etrust and i made windows let bitcomet to access internet at all times... *sadface* EDIT: OK i just saw something that will prolly make you laugh and think that im an idiot, but at the bottom right of the app, it says DHT not connected, could that have something to do with it?

It just says page can not be displayed

I can not visit any webpages on Bitcomet, nor can i download files. My internet works wonderfully through iExplorer (almost the speed of a T1) and my firewall has allowed bitcomet to access the internet freely... I have no idea what could possibly be going wrong, any help would be greatly appreciated! :D
