So then it is strange, and some technical issue, that there are connected peers wanting to download a full file that I have up, and I have literally 0 kb/s upload rate (for like 6 different files). Any thoughts on why this would be? Thanks

Halp plz n thx :) The version of BitComet is 1.37 The version of Windows is 7 type 64 bit My connection is ?? my router is ?? My port is ?? ^ not sure if "??" are needed, if they are, pointers to grabbing that info is much appreciated. Recently I moved my save path to my external hard drive (standard WD elements 1 TB drive), as well as moving the files that I'm seeding for there. In addition to this; I'm curious what the bracketed numbers mean in the (seeds/peers)[??/??] column; in the column header it says (seeds/peers)[all] ... if i'm seeing [0/240] or etc., does that mean that there's 240 people associated but 0 of them currently active?
