well i just put everything to the max and/or auto. and it deosn't pass the 7kb/s but the the peers they upload at more than 20kb/s from me

Why is that when i download, at health over 600%, i can only download between 2-20 kb/s ?? In my preferences menu i put download at auto and upload at 1kb/s (so that it won't use all of my pc juice). Thanx
