    I follow the advice from GREYWIZARD, and changed the language for non-Unicode to English... ALL the problems solve, no need to reinstall BitComet again. The Torrent collection toolbar APPEAR... THANKS FOR EVERONE!!!! dannygoh, you should also do it... my regional language setting is same with you.

    After i reboot my computer, i reinstalled BitComet 1.15. WHY the Torrent Collection Toolbar no longer exist, only got Torrent Archive Toolbar only.
