  1. You know when opening a torrent, a window appears where you select the files you want, download location etc. When opening several torrents at once, several of these windows appear. The problem is that sometimes the "active" window ends up behind one of the inactive windows, thus you cannot click anything and only hear the windows error sound, forcing you to close bitcomet from task manger.
  2. I have tried to put in both the WAN and LAN number shown in Bitcomet and im getting a green light from both. I dont use static IP or anything like that. Just want to know if one way is better than the other. And a bonus question. I have heard that you shall turn off UpNP port mapping when port forwarding, but this doesn't change anything from what I can see. Which option is the better one here?
  3. I solved it myself by dragging all files at one into bitcomet, then put a soda can on the escape key. After a few min all torrents were back in torrent history :)
  4. I have just reformated my PC and tried to save my torrent history list but it doesnt show up in bitcomet. I backed up my archive folder (containing thousands on bitcomet files named with random numbers and letters) which was located in AppData>Roaming>Bitcomet and put it on the same place after reformating. Dont know what went wrong
  5. Im still new to torrents and stuff and have been messing around with bitcomet to see how everything works. I noticed that these "trackers" are different on different torrents. for example torrent 1 have: http://tracker.thepiratebay.org/announce udp://tracker.thepiratebay.org:80/announce udp://tracker.openbittorrent.com:80/announce http://tracker.openbittorrent.com/announce while torrent 2 have those four plus: http://tracker.publicbt.com/announce udp://tracker.publicbt.com:80/announce I then tried to add those two to the first torrent and i saw that the connections increased. Does this mean that the more trackers a torrent have, the faster it downloads? Am i supposed to have a big list with trackers and add them to the downloads i start? If someone gave me some info here i would be very happy :)
  6. It dissapeared after deleting the file, thanks!
  7. After starting up Bitcomet, when I start the torrents I have I get this message in a box: error: the file known.met is corrupted, unable to load known files Then the torrents start as usually and everything works without problems. Just want you to know about this Version: 1.21 Internet: Cable Antivirus: NOD32 4.2.40.18 /Woxenrud
