I used to have that issue, I sorted mine by actually reducing the Download speed, Tasks may be lagging the BitComet window out if your download speed is set to high. I'm on a fibre optic 50+MB speed, and if I allow Unlimited speed & only one task then it's virtually impossible to select anything at all. So I reduced my download speed & it's fine. There's no points or prizes for who can download the most running tasks at once, and your up is capped anyway, So slow things down a bit & everything runs just nice & smooth.

I've been unable to login to BitComet now for 4/5 days. @The UnUsual Suspect I've read your post stating the Server is down, However may I ask if you've an idea as to when this may happen please. Regards

And My Question is :- Is There any Updated News about weather there will be a Mac Version of BitComet ? I Thought I'd ask again after 3 Years Because there as been a Rise is people Getting Mac Machines. I Do Understand that if there was a Mac Version it would NOT be as good as the Windows Version as it'll Not be able to Take Advantage of some of the Protocols That Windows PC's Have. I never seem to understand why people do not update there BitCoemt when there are updates ready lol. I mean the DEV TEAM are hard at work making this new code for your update for a reason & you will find that Updating your program Can & Will on 99% of the time WILL sort most problems out. So People who read this. Please if you have a problem, Try UPDATING first & see if the problem is still present ;) It'll save a lot of time for the MODS here to give help to those with problems updating can not sort out. Hello there Peer Ok well you say your lights are Green, So you do have BitCoemt forwarded then i see. So it can also depend on what your downing & how many seeds are upping the file or files back up on-to the NET as you may well Understand. then it also can depend on the Servers, ie: weather or not it's over loaded & there are a lot of people connecting to them also. If there being heavily used at the time your, If your Connecting Via a server. It can also be a something on your End (user end) have you updated all your Driver of late ? Network adapter Driver ? or if you are doing browsing, I have Noticed sometimes that if am downing a file Via BitComet & it's downing @ something like 400Kbs Then i have a few tabs open, (youtube,pornhub) etc then my Down speed will drop some. ok so things to try resolve this problem ---- 1 + Update your Network adapter Driver, doing this Via Windows update is not the best way ok. try going to the Manufacturer website is the best way. & see if there updates on there sites ok. 2 + Your tracker list i always find it's best to add trackers. I have a PASTEBIN Website Profile & have a list of trackers on there, Here is the link & take what trackers you need & try adding them. Also Backup the Tracker list you have in the Torrent your downloading at the time ok. Anyway i hope i have been of some help & wish your all the best. Gary

Hi there Mr Suspect Yea i also did try that Also made my RAM timings run the same speed as the CPU & below, Still thee's no luck. This doe's not happen in older versions on this machine running at this speed. From my experience of Coding. " i help build & code the Phoenix viewer for Second-life" There may be a memory Leak in the coding. I'd have to do more tests. witch I have no time for at the moment' & something in the code as been changed Are there copy's of the source code I could look over anywhere to down ? Thanks again Gary

Hey thanks for the reply mate Sorry but there was plenty Resources as i also thought this also, 3.25GB Ram & it was the only program running. But ok before i posted my problem i did also think of rebooting, But with no luck . it was the same & still is even today. I also tried a clean install. Manually taking everything out of the registry But to no vale. & Still she is the same. Been using BitComet now since 2008 never had this problem. it still doe's what it as to. But Just don't look nice. to me it looks like the Base Code can't or is not running as it should be. but am not a coder yet lol Anyway may i ask How do i get my BitComet stats to show up under my Profile like yours mate?
