Windows cannot defrag files that are in use. On the screenshot BitComet is running, so it is reading and writing the files. Windows Defrag cannot access these files as long as bitcomet is using them. It is no issue with BitComet, every running program will do that.
When trying to use a torrent from an anti leech tracker (for example torrentbytes.net) every Bitcomet newer than 0.70 gets this error:
Tracker Response Error:torrent not registered with this tracker
please fix this (I tried every Version 0.71 0.72 0.73 and 0.74 and all 4 do have this problem)
You can downgrade by just installing 0.70 over an existing 0.73. This way you can resume your torrents as if you just closed the Client and restarted it.
on my PC Bitcomet (0.70) shows 0.0.0.0 for my WAN IP and my online IP is shown as my LAN IP  (my PC is connected directly to my DSL Modem, no Router in use)
The announce times are way too high (up to 1 hour (or even more?)). Trackers "forget" the client that way. So other clients do not see you until the next announce is done.
