  1. It's ALL files that are stopped which can be accessed for LT seeding. What files are being used depends on who is looking for that file (and is also using Bit Comet)

  2. Long Term Seeding will continue to upload even when all tasks are stopped. It only uploads to other clients that have that facility. To stop it, you have to disable long term seeding in options

  3. No Windows app will install all parts of an installation other than to Drive C. Some parts can be moved to other drives, but the main .exe file HAS to be on the Windows drive. That's just how it is. While some earlier versions did give an 'option' to install on another drive, it still installed the main parts to C. There was no real advantage in splitting it between two drives. You can still set up the download folders to another drive (which is really more important than the app files)

  4. If the source is missing a necessary file (and it may be one of only a few KB) there's nothing you can do apart from trying another source. If it's yourself de-selecting small files, then don't de-select them

  5. Are you downloading the entire contents and, if so, are other downloads continuing? It's possible that the seeding station isn't complete. A lot of times the .txt or .jpg files actually overlap another segment which has a necessary file. This also applies to your download - without the small part in the 'info' file, the main part of the file may be incomplete

  6. That's an emule add-on and not a Bitcomet one. It's there ONLY when emule is activated

  7. To be honest, I haven't got a clue. I've neverseen a blocklist and there's nothing on thw BC wiki about it

  8. It's possible that the other peers don't have the parts you need or they are already uploading to others (with other files) at their maximum speed.

  9. Read the FAQ. Topic closed, asked and answered repeatedly.

  10. At the risk of repeating myself, the blocklist is an EMULE function - not a Bitcomet one. It's only there if and when the emule plugin is activated. It's also present if only emule (and not BC) is installed
