Unable to download even with green lights

Hi.

I'm unable to download or upload anything on BitComet even though the status lights at the bottom right are green.

I assigned a static IP address and did manual port forwarding as per instructed on the BitComet help on the website as well as portforward.com. I was very careful throughout the process.

I assigned the listen port in BitComet to the forwarded port and BitComet is giving me the green lights at the bottom.

I am using a WiFi connection via the Apple Airport Extreme.

 

Edit : I've already used BitComet before with success but it was with a different router and modem. I moved in with my girlfriend and we are using her setup.
