program will not download. started yesterday. just gives me a RED X first time in 8 years. installed 1.37 64bit last nite and it did nothing for my problem. cant find any tools or switches to deal with download..does not even attempt anything other than the red x at the beginning of the title line any info will be appreciated..i may be the only one with this problem couldnt find any thing on google, so i guess it isnt an epidemic did find 101 entries of my search with malwarebytes which i thought might be connected to my problem;, but when they were gone i still could not download thank u martin endless xxxxxxxxx@gmail.com
