Window 7 UPnP Nat port mapping problem

I do not understand the guides of Nat port mapping since the pictures are win xp version. Anyone can help me solve this problem? my download speed is extremely slow. The download speed was high last month. Don't know why suddenly this problem happen. Please help me.
