Unauthorized User

If I have never had to use portforwarding before why now? and I never needed to set up a static ip to connect before There isnt a setting i can reset to unblock my ports?

i tested my port and recieved an "cannot see service" conection timed out have might i fix this...how do i set up a statc ip?

I've downed gigs apon gigs with bit comet in the past but now all of a sudden I cant connect to any peers it will display all kinds of peers beeing there but it only connects thru NAT Travesal and not any of my ports Could I have flagged by my isp for p2p networking? any advice would be greatly appreciated
