well i took my CPU from home and its at a public school now, i should be downloading at 100k cuz i download BitComet at that speed, but im only getting 5k, can anyone please help me Edit: its filtered pretty tight, houston public schools know what they are doing, but since this is my CPU i think i should b able 2 download faster PLEASE I NEED HELP
