I have made a purchase on the 10GB VIP plan today, the effectiveness of the plan is not as good as what I expected. After read the forum at your website, it seems obvious to me that I’m not the only one questions the quality of the VIP plan.
I know the technicians are still trying improve the effectiveness of the VIP service, I don’t mind to give it a try in the future. But it’s just not now. Therefore I would like to issue a refund.
