I downloaded A half life 2 crack on bit comet and extracted and installed everything. Then i played it and then saved it and quit, then i came back about 2 hours later and clicked on the crack to launch the game and it wont launch anymore for some reason and then it comes up with this message. Anyone know what to do? You cant really see it, but is says the following, Steam() Startup failed: Steam Startup(0xf,0x12e0f4) failed to connect to any GeneralDirectoryServer, Winstock error 10060 "Connection timed out" Any help would be great. If you go to www.download.com then go to the games section and choose role playing games then they have some pretty good and popular mmorpg games that you can download.

If i am downloading something off of BitComet, and i have IE open and am browsing the web or have another programs open, will this slow down my downlod. Right now it doesnt seem to be and i also have 1gig of ram. But i am just wondering if it will go faster if im not running any other programs?

I have got that same problem with my wireless network. Every like 5 or 10 hours my internet will just stop working even though i know it is really working and so i just reboot my computer and it works again. But i think it is just my wireless network messing up or something.
