Bitcomet question regarding the doenload status.

Hi to all of you.

i'm new to this site.

My question is that why did the bitcomet's download & upload speed near the bitcomet version (the overall download and upload speed) differ so much with the actual speed ? The overall speed sometimes boost to max even the actual download rate is 0 kbps.

I know i have read this topic somewhere last 2 months but i can't find the topic.
