Unchecked Files within Tasks Got Automatically Checked into Downloading

I am using BitComet v1.42 on Win 7 64bit.

Lately, when I added torrent tasks with some files unchecked to not download, some of them tasks will eventually got automatically checked into downloading all files within the task by BitComet.

I have tried Anti-Rootkit scan but to no success.

Can someone please help me?

This bug is in 1.42. So until a fix is issued It's recommended to use 1.41.

Is there a way to downgrade from 1.42 to 1.41 without uninstalling BitComet first?

I don't want to lose my torrent history and current tasks, or is there a way to downgrade and keep my current setup & tasks etc.?

No need to say sorry or apologies.

Just don't uninstall current one and install 1.41 upon it. I hope it helps. But I never tested it. So if you got another machine just first test it upon that.

So for skipping from these kind of trouble I always use Zip version so I can overwrite any version anytime without losing anything and this also skips the setup install/uninstall process.
