Is there anyway to improve the health of a task? I see they download or seed better when the health is higher, but 1 second I have 50-1200% health and the next second I have health 30%. Is there anything I can do to correct this issue? -
Does anybody know where I can find some reliable VPN download? I have looked everywhere, but have yet found any. I appreciate any assistance you may be able to provide...
