More Options for the Scheduler

I find the scheduler is really handy. I wish there are more options and features for it.

1. instead of a hour interval, use 1/2 hour instead

2. insread of 3 speeds control, can we add another one (high, *medium*, low, & Turn-Off)

I will really help me to manage the use of software.
