Whats going on and how do I fix it?" it mentions slowing down your internet upload speed by 80%. I lowered both my dl/up by 80% but internet explorer would not load websites. I closed and opened to see if it still persist. From what I read, seems to be an issue with 10mb or close to it speeds. I have 100mb/s dl and 10mb/s upload. I'm not sure how to go about fixing this. bit comet ver 1.37 Comcast xfinity My modem given to me is an all in 1 (modem and router). Its Technicolor TC8305C. My ports are opened but never forwarded them (icons are green bottom right) My laptop is hardwired atm but it happens wireless too. All other computers, devices are set up wifi. Only my laptop is hardwired. win7 64 bit, using Microsoft security essentials and windows firewall I didn't have this issue with Fios...... I moved locations speedtest - http://speedtest.net/my-result/3706623226 side note - I can't copy, highlight, paste, or anything on these forums...... very annoying.
