File Clicked From Explorer Will Not Play On 6.5 If Already In Playlist

I have noticed since installing MPCStar 6.5 that if you double click a file in Windows Explorer it opens MPCStar but will not play if that file name already exists in the playlist.

If you change the file name it will play the first time but then it is in your MPCStar Playlist so it will not play again unless you find it in the Playlist & click from there.

I know a solution would be to delete all the MPCStar Playlist, but this situation did not occur in earlier versions.
