Hello,

I wonder what is the system in case of "start a new connection if download speed below xxkb/s" so that what connections are terminated..*in order to keep the donwload rate above

Seems to me that it goes by the que, not by the actual download rate.

It would be nice if low download speed connections would be terminated.. Thats must result (much) higher

overall download speed.
