But i am not able to connect to net via bit comet. however normal internet connection works - am able to browse using my IE. also the status bar says DHT not connected. Please tell me on what should be done. I am newbie here and i dont even know what this DHT crap is ... :( Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bitdave Posted June 3, 2006 Share Posted June 3, 2006 The DHT network is for trackerless connections to other peers. You probably need to do portforwarding on your modem/router to get it to connect. Read through the speed guides and the settings help in my sig. Also dont try to browse through the Bitcomet interface, just use IE or Firefox to search for torrents.
