Long-time user, weird problem

I've been using BitComet with no problems for around a year, and only recently in the past few days have I encountered this weird problem. ( I am using v.70 btw)

With any torrent I try to DL now, I get the following:

Excellent DL health, say 3000%

Connected to maybe 15 seeds, 30 peers (out of possible 50 and 200)

Tracker status OK, everything seems to be in order....

BUT NO DOWNLOAD/UPLOAD SPEED OR ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME?!

I've left torrents running for like 8 hours to make sure it wasn't a temporary fluke or something, and every torrent has behaved this way, with good stats but nothing downloading or uploading, and estimated completion time of 00:00:00...........I have tried this with multiple torrents, it's not a specific torrent that's doing this, it's any torrent.

Can anyone tell me what's going on?
