Set maximum amount of connection for all tasks generally

Hi together,

i have a question, is it possible to set the amount of connection for all tasks together and not for each one? (My router cant handle more than 200 connections...)

I want to say, you have 200 connections, and BitComet decides which tasks get how many connections allocated?

At the moment its only possible to say, each task may have maximum xy connections...
