dowload problem

hi, the torrent i'm using say's downloading, but won't budge. I tried looking over previous posts to see if anyone else has had this problem. Iv'e tried using u-Torrent and bitcomet (newest version) , but both have the same problem.

I get a red arrow pointing down next to the file (music file) on u-Torrent and a double blue arrow pointing in opposite directions on bitcomet.(not sure what these mean?). Also I think the file is active as it had peers but dosn't at this point in time. I have temporarily disabled my firewall.

any help would be much appreciated. :)
