Resume when file priority changed

I configured BC to stop my tasks at some ratio. (though this applies to stopped tasks in general) Occasionally, for large torrents with several files, I’ll decide I want to download another file that was previously disabled after BC has stopped seeding that torrent. I usually forget to enable the torrent as well. I would like BC to start downloading/seeding automatically, or at least have the option to, when a file’s priority is changed from disabled/banned to another, or perhaps when it is changed at all, whichever makes more sense. I don’t think many people would tweak priorities on an inactive torrent.

Also, I second the ‘default browser’ suggestion.

Thanks for a great client.
