Azureus-type scheduler speed throttle

I run one machine 24/7 using Bitcomet.

When will there be a feature to throttle up when no other other

machine is using the Bitcomet program on the same dsl?

I do not reset my server machine every day. It is set to allow

for other machine use while it runs. However when other machines

are turned off, I want BC to be able to throttle up overnight and

sense the ability to run at full throughput.

Apparently there is an add-on to Azureus for this purpose but I

have no experience with Azureus.
