Bugs and suggestion for BitComet 0.76

Just updated to BitComet 0.76 from 0.70.

And i found some bugs, or rather juz some small mistakes.

For HTTP download when you right click on the task, the Start Download is written as start Download which makes it look rather weird. The letter s is not capitalised.

And also in practice, many BT users don't really Delete the tasks which they have finished and even stopped seeding. They'd just leave them there. And i'm one of them. This will make the tasks a long list. In the older versions, when BitComet is restarted, the scroll bar at the task list will be at the bottom most. This will make it easier for users as the Newer tasks are at the bottom most. Instead of showing the newer tasks which are at the bottom, we are shown the older tasks which occupies the top and we have to scroll to the bottom most to see the new tasks.Can some minor changes be made? Make it like the older versions, where the scroll bar position automatically set at the bottom most.
