odd error message

I have a download that runs up to 66.9% complete an then suddenly gets a "tracker resonse error: please register at ..." message. I have a number of other downloads all from the same source downloading at the same time ad none have this error. I deleted the tracker and files and rstarted the entire file. Again it ran fine up to this 66.9% 'limit' and again shows this error mentioned above. How can a file work up to a point then error out this way - and how do I get past the limitation?
