PLZ HELP ME

i am using Bitcomet 0.67 and i used when it was new but any way my problem is when i open the bit comet

it stays about 5 min and close again and i resive these message ( 0.67bitcomet.exe has encountered a problem and need to closthe. we are sorry for the inconvenience ) and i restarted my computer and the problem still

Though i'm not a professional icon in this forum ... may i share my suggestion with you please ??

Well, if you encounter such error ........... i can simply suggest you to:

step 1> uninstall the BITCOMET (from START>CONTROL PANEL>ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS)

step 2> RESTART your PC

step 3> Now install BITCOMET again. (recommended new version)

step 4> Again RESTART your PC. (So that BITCOMET gets fully functional)

step 5> Now you are ready to launch your BITCOMET.

[NOTE: BEFORE YOU UNINSTALL YOUR BITCOMET BE SURE YOUR DOWNLOADED FILES AND TORRENT FILES ARE SAFELY STORED IN YOUR PC]

You may try these steps if you wish to ............
