HELP! Error accur when adding tcp/udp port mapping

Hi!

I recently got a new adsl with 24mbit. Unfortunatly it was lika a router, but i has upnp.

this is what i got in my log when im entering Bitcomet:

Windows XP ICF Status: Firewall TCP port is opened.[Anslutning till lokalt nätverk 2]

Windows XP WF Status: TCP Port is not opened in Windows Firewall.

Update Local IP: 192.168.0.2

Windows XP ICS Status: TCP PortMapping Successfully Added.

Windows XP ICS Status: UDP PortMapping Successfully Added.

Windows XP UPnP Status: Found WANConnectionDevice [THOMSON] []

Windows XP UPnP Status: Found Service: urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANDSLLinkConfig:1

Windows XP UPnP Status: Error occur when Adding TCP Port Mapping!

It can see my ip adress but why cant i download anything?

I have SpeedTouch 510 24mbit

and yes, i cant download anything, but that link you gave me, that one i download
