1) ¿Qué versión de BitComet usa?

2) ¿Qué tipo de conexión a Internet (ADSL, etc.) tiene?

3) ¿Tiene un módem? ¿Usa un rúter? ¿Qué modelo? ¿Ha redirigido el puerto?

4) ¿Cuál versión de Windows, Cortafuegos y Antivirus usa?

5) Si está preguntando sobre un torrent específico o archivo que haya descargado, asegúrese de incluir el nombre del torrent completo, al igual que los nombres completos de los archivos y sus respectivas extensiones/terminaciones (por ej.: .rar, .wma, .bin, .cue, etc.)

6) Para aquellas consultas referentes a velocidades, por favor efectúe varias pruebas de velocidad en una web tal y como speedtest.net (asegúrese que ningún otro PC está usando su conexión a Internet y que todos los programas - incluyendo BitComet - están cerrados, durante las pruebas). Incluya los resultados, junto con los ajustes que está usando presentemente, en su post, de manera que podamos repasarlos y ofrecer sugerencias para mejorar su rendimiento.

La carencia de dicha información supondrá, como consecuencia, que su post sea ignorado y/o eliminado, dejando paso a un foro limpio y organizado, para aquellos que sigan las normas.

Ruego que NO se hagan preguntas/consultas en este mismo hilo. Por favor, crear un hilo nuevo y asegúrese que el título del post es indicativo del problema ("¡Ayuda!" o “Tengo problemas” no son buenos indicativos...). Acuérdese de incluir la máxima cantidad de información detallada (resultados de pruebas de velocidad, los ajustes que estás usando, qué Tutorial/es has seguido, etc.) posible - cuanta más mejor. 5) If you are asking about a specific torrent or file that you have downloaded, make sure that you include the complete torrent name, as well as the complete names of the files and their respective extensions/formats (e.g.: .rar, .wma, .bin, .cue, etc.).

6) For speed-related issues, please run various speed tests at a site such as speedtest.net (make sure that no other computer is using your Internet connection and that all other programs - including BitComet - are closed, during the tests). Include the results, along with the settings that you are presently using, in your post, so that we may review and offer suggestions to improve its performance.

The lack of said information will result, as direct consequence, in your post being ignored and/or deleted, leaving way to a clean and tidy forum, for those who follow the rules.

I ask that NO questions be asked in this thread. Please, start a new thread and make sure that the post's title gives an indication of the problem ("Help!" or “I Have a Problem” are not good indicators...). Remember to include the maximum amount of detailed information (speed test results, the settings that you're using, which Tutorial/s you have followed, etc.) possible - the more, the better.
