Do you have a router? if so it probably needs Bitcomet's port forwarded What is your internet connections upload speed? and what have you set the upload cap at? Read through the Settings Guide in my sig and it may help you. no i do not have a router only a modem and even that has no builtin router.............my upload speed is something 1mbps and in bit torrent it is set as NO LIMIT.........
