I'm trying to download torrent file from Puretna using office internet. This is my first time. Waited for almost 12 hours but nothing downloaded. The message at tracker status shows as follows :

"Connecting tracker to say start, waiting for response"

Any expert on this torrent things is appreciated to help me out to solve the problem.

It's very, very likely that the site is blocked. What it's telling you is that it tries to contact the tracker and never gets a response. That suggests it's being blocked. Look, it's pretty dumb to try this, unless you just despise your job and want to lose it. Should you succeed, sooner or later a sysadmin WILL notice that you're using the office network to download from a p*** site, and you will probably be history. An awful lot of businesses have draconian rules about it, so you may not even get a warning.
