The download rate fluctuates within the titlebar but next to the task it updates twice and then freezes until I activate the window or select the task. I've never noticed it before since I always run BitComet's window maximized and this glitch seems to show up only when you have the window un-maximized, to say so. At a first glance, it seems like a little bug that we'll have to report to the dev team.
