kluelos Posted January 31, 2010 Share Posted January 31, 2010 BitComet does not have a web site that you can register with, as such, so I assume you mean the Comet Passport site. We are not them. They don't read this forum or offer support for their site via this forum. Since they do not have a link that you can contact them from, there's not much you can do. We have also complained about the unhelpful and incorrect error messages given by the password reset request, but have not received any more response than you have. You should triple-check to make certain that you have entered the correct email address in the password reset form. You should also try waiting for a day and try again, because it may be that servers are down or there are internal errors. We can't help much more than this.
