Recently added beginning to swing in which many files were very much, whereupon a client hung up and now at every attempt to call at the program is simply not answers. But on the other hand it's completely impossible for me to even remotely understand what you're trying to say. And I have a hunch that this may be the case for others as well. So, you'd be better of finding a friend who does speak English even on a beginner-medium level so that we can reason which each other.
