saleeem009 Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Hi guys Help guys I have this Specification BitComet 1.26 Latest Win XP Media Center Thomson 585g Adsl modem My issue is I am downloading torrent file my speed is going up to 1.5 MB to 8 MB until 30 – 45 minute the bit comet mark Red X on my files then I have to bush play button to resume the download it's stay to 200 KB for 1 hours then going mad up to 8 MB then Stop X again I use almost all bit comet version but I have the same problem not mentioning the freezing of my PC. P.S I make many formats downloading fresh copy of bitcomet but the problem still here My pc is: Core 2 duo 2.8 2 GB DDR2 Ram 1 GB Nvidia g,force 9500 GT 1.5 TB HDD Win XP SP2 Latest driver update Thank you Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
greywizard Posted February 16, 2011 Share Posted February 16, 2011 Post the results of a test speed (e.g. http://speedtest.net). Also what is your global upload speed cap in BitComet? What type of port forwarding are you using (automatic or manual)? As for the red cross, whenever that happens make sure that you have the Summary tab selected. Both by looking at the Summary tab (upper right side) or by hovering your mouse over the red X icon you should see a message static what is the cause of the error. We need to know that.
