"Optimize download strategy for preview" for ftp:// protocol

ftp downloads are sequential, not segmented, and there is no way to change that on the client end. The server software would have to support segments at all, then determine what the "last segment" is for a given file, then send that first, and the ftp client software would have to become capable of receiving segments, receiving them out of order and dealing with them appropriately. None of the existing software supports any of this, and BitComet cannot single-handedly rewrite the ftp protocol.
