Ajutor port blocat

salut si bine v am gasit

am si eu o problema cu portul de ascultare nu reusesc sa l deblochez

os Windows 7 Bitcomet 1.32 64 bit antivirus avast modem Huawei E173 orange

am incercat urmatoarele:

antivirusul oprit,soft de la portforward instalat scrie ca adresa e statica nu dinamica,am incercat toate tutorialele care le am gasit pe internet si nu reusesc sa deblochez portul de ascultare poate ma ajuta si pe mine cineva

I have a problem with the listening port because I don't know how to unblock it.

OS:Windows 7, BitComet 1.32 64bit, Avast AV, modem Huawei e173 from Orange.

I tried the following:

-turning off the antivirus;

-installing the software from PortForward, it says the IP address is static, not dynamic.

-following all the tutorial I could find.

And my listening port is still blocked, maybe someone here could help me.

Daca ai modem 3g inseamna ca te conectezi la internet prin turnurile celulare care sunt facute pentru apeluri vocale, nu trafic masiv de date. Portul tau e ascultare e blocat de Orange si nu ai cum sa-l deblochezi.

If you have a 3g modem it means you are connecting to the internet via a cell tower which is made mainly for voice calls, not for handling massive data transfers. Your listening port is blocked by Orange and there is nothing you could do to unblock it.
